Indemnification

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website. You waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or any other objection to the choice of forum.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lello Imoveis reserves the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
